Calendar Information

Here is calendar information about auditions, rehearsals, orchestra retreat, parent meetings, board meetings, open house, and performances. The members' concerto competition applications are due December 1, 2007, with concerto auditions on January 12, 2008. Our practice-a-thon runs the month of February.

2007-2008 Auditions Please contact BYO Manager, Kate McLoughlin.

Rehearsals begin Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Laney College Theater. Plan to arrive by 8:45, and to stay about 10 minutes after rehearsal to help with break down.

"Intensive" rehearsals are held the week before a dress rehearsal. An intensive rehearsal extends to 12:30 pm. 

Can't make it to rehearsal, or (oh dear!), a concert? Please email Kate asap beforehand to let her know when and why.

BYO Cazadero Retreat for 2007-2008 is scheduled for Sept. 14-16, 2007. Required documents are due at the Parents Meeting September 8, 2007.

BYO Board Meetings
Currently, board meetings are planned at Laney College for October 6, November 3, December 1, February 2, March 1, April 5, and May 3.
