Steven Faivus

Mr. Faivus studied privately with David Johnson, who craftily taught a joy in and dedication to practicing fundamentals. Mr Faivus has played alto saxophone professionally since the 1980’s. He played in a salsa night club for a year in Oaxaca, Mexico and played throughout Hollywood in the 1990s. Currently he teaches Music and Physics at McClymonds High in Oakland.
