1. Orchestra Manager emails the family a link to the registration form.

2. One parent/guardian completes the online form which includes electronic signatures for all orchestra policies.

3. After the form is submitted an invoice for the season tuition will be emailed to the family (for the 2024-2025 season, this will happen around the time of the first rehearsal.)

4. Family submits electronic payment prior to the first rehearsal via a link on the invoice.
