Latest Update (04-04-2020)
Alameda County has extended the shelter-at-home order through May 2nd. Additionally Laney College has announced that the campus will be closed for the rest of the school year. Consequently all scheduled rehearsals for the remainder of this season has been suspended until further notice.
Our Summer Concert, originally scheduled to take place at the Laney Theater on May 9th, is now tentatively suspended as well.
We are looking for viable alternatives to help keep our members musically engaged.
Please stay tuned to our email announcements. Jay, our conductor, has sent out a series of email announcements setting forth a way for our Artists-in-Residence to continue coaching our musicians online. These sessions are coordinated through Jay, so please contact him directly.
