The Laney Enrollment Forms have been updated for the Spring 2020 semester. Follow the following steps to complete:
1. Print off form: https://www.byoweb.org/enrollment-forms
2. Completely fill out form (Do not forget to have your musician sign).
3. Bring form to your school and get it stamped and signed.
4. Mail form to following address or hand in to Julia at rehearsal.

Please, complete as soon as possible. The deadline is December 14, 2019. Because of these forms, we are able to practice at Laney for free which greatly reduces tuition.
